Ministry circular: confirm your final choice of specialisation on the Qudim platform after the admission results
With admission portals unified on the Qudim platform, students confirm their final choice of specialisation online after all admission results are announced; their other admissions are cancelled.
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (Studies, Planning and Follow-up Directorate — Central Admissions Department) issued circular No. 1106-131233 of 29 October 2026 on the update of the unified university admission system for 2026–2027 through the Qudim platform.
What students need to know
- The admission portals of the central, public evening (private) and private university channels are now unified on the Qudim platform.
- Registration at universities and colleges starts after the admission results of all these channels are announced.
- Each student must confirm their final choice of specialisation online on the platform; their other admissions are then cancelled.
- The aim is to allocate places by students’ averages and qualifications and to make the fullest use of the available places.
