The university applies the tuition discounts and exemptions established by law and by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s regulations in force, and may add incentives of its own, announced at the start of each academic year.
Groups covered by the regulations
The regulations in force each year determine the eligible groups, discount rates and conditions. These groups include:
- Families of martyrs covered by the Martyrs Foundation law.
- Former political prisoners and detainees and their families covered by the Political Prisoners Foundation law.
- Families of victims of terrorism.
- Students with disabilities, as the regulations provide.
- Other groups specified by the regulations at the time.
University incentives
Each year the university sets incentives for top-ranking and outstanding students and may approve other discounts; all are announced with the fees on the admissions page.
How to apply for a discount
- Submit your request to the Registration and Student Affairs Department after admission.
- Attach the official documents proving eligibility, certified by the competent authority.
- The request is reviewed under the regulations, and you are then notified of the outcome.
