Overview
The Administrative Control Unit monitors discipline in the university's administrative work and verifies that units and staff comply with laws, regulations and approved work procedures. It seeks to detect administrative shortcomings early and propose remedies before they grow.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring compliance with official working hours and with procedures for completing transactions.
- Verifying the application of administrative orders and instructions issued by the university presidency.
- Checking that appointment, contracting and leave procedures conform to the regulations.
- Identifying delays in completing transactions and determining their causes.
- Following up administrative complaints referred to the division.
- Proposing ways to simplify administrative procedures and close gaps in them.
