University Follow-up Division
Overview
The University Follow-up Division follows the implementation of the presidency's decisions and directives across all units and oversees campus security, order and general services. The Information Desk, Night Security, CCTV, Grounds and Gardens, and University Relations and Communication units report to it.
Responsibilities
- Following the implementation of the presidency's decisions and directives and reporting on progress.
- Overseeing campus security and organising entry to and exit from the campus.
- Monitoring general discipline on campus and reporting observations to the units concerned.
- Supervising the cleanliness and appearance of facilities and grounds.
- Coordinating with the official security and service authorities on matters concerning the university.
- Organising the arrangements needed for special occasions and emergencies.
