University Relations and Communication Unit
Overview
The University Relations and Communication Unit maintains contact between the university and government departments and other institutions on shared transactions, and facilitates internal communication among the university's units. It helps speed up transactions that require follow-up outside the university.
Responsibilities
- Following up the university's transactions with the Ministry and government departments until they are completed.
- Delivering urgent official letters to external bodies and collecting their replies.
- Facilitating communication between university units on shared transactions.
- Maintaining channels of communication with other institutions and universities on administrative matters.
- Keeping a log of the transactions being followed up and their stages of completion.
